When ordering Balloons please add to the SHOPPING CART page Order Notes in the right hand box as shown below.
Our Balloon Experts fill balloons with helium or air on the date the Balloon Order will be picked up (ex. if an order is placed on a Monday and the pickup date is for Friday, we will not inflate until that Friday) even if you receive an email stating the order is ready for pickup.
For Balloon Arrangements, please add any requests such as table height, floor height, or staggered bouquet group arrangement.
P.S. please add balloon weights to Shopping Cart for balloon bouquets that you order.
**Balloon Disclaimer - Weather is a variable that affects balloon inflation and deflation. Balloons degrade faster outdoors than indoors. Place your balloons indoors in a constant temperature until you are ready to display them. We take all necessary steps to help your balloons withstand mother nature but we cannot guarantee they will preform as intended.

You can pickup your order during store hours only.
You will receive an order confirmation after checkout. Once the order is ready for pickup at the store location you will receive an email (Usually within 1 hour or less). Please do not arrive until you receive this second email stating it is ready for pickup.
**Balloon orders for a later pickup date will still send an email saying ready for pickup once we have pulled your order but Balloons will not be inflated until the pickup date you requested in Order Notes on Shopping Cart page.
Anyone you designate in the shopping cart order notes may pick up your order. Have them bring in or show on phone your order confirmation when they arrive to the store.
If for some reason we are out of stock on an item that shows in stock we will email or call you on how to proceed. We will offer a refund on that item or items or substitute an item if you would prefer with the balance paid or refunded. Some reasons for an out of stock item showing in stock would be theft or damaged items in store.
All orders must be picked up within 30 days from time of email sent that the order is ready for pickup. After 30 days the items may be placed back into inventory.
