Shipping: Most orders placed by 3 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day. Standard delivery usually takes 2–6 business days, while oversized items may take 3–8 business days. Expedited options may be available. Bulk, personalized, dropship, and remote-area orders may require additional time.
Returns: Eligible items purchased directly from Ultimate Party may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be new, unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging. A store receipt or shipping receipt is required. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping and handling charges and related taxes are nonrefundable.
All Halloween sales are final. Custom or personalized products, helium tanks, gift cards, and incomplete party kits cannot be returned. Tableware and catering supplies must remain unopened in their original packaging.
