Balloons arrive uninflated. Helium inflation available at Ultimate Party Super Store in Hendersonville, TN for an additional fee for the packaged latex balloons. Ultimate Party uses ULTRA HI-FLOAT on all latex balloons which keeps balloons floating longer - up to 25 times longer. Always dispose of balloons properly. Do not release balloons into the air
