Shipping: Most orders placed by 3 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day. Bulk, personalized, dropship, and remote-area orders may require additional time.
Returns: Eligible items purchased directly from Ultimate Party may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be new, unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging. A store receipt or shipping receipt is required. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping and handling charges and related taxes are nonrefundable.
